Service Hours during the Lunar New Year
During the Tết holiday from February 8th, 2024, to February 14th, 2024, Viettel Post’s branches and stores will remain open nationwide, accepting parcels from customers. The service hours during this period will be from 08:00 to 17:00. Starting from February 15th, 2024, Viettel Post will resume its regular business hours.
Parcel Acceptance and Delivery Timeframes
Below are the acceptance and delivery timeframes for different types of delivery services offered by Viettel Post during the Tết holiday:
Express Delivery
- Domestic: Acceptance of parcels will end on February 5th, 2024, and delivery will be completed by February 7th, 2024.
- Interprovincial: Acceptance of parcels will end on February 4th, 2024, and delivery will be completed by February 7th, 2024.
- Nationwide (Province-to-Province): Customers can collect their parcels at Viettel Post branches before February 15th, 2024. Alternatively, parcels can be delivered to their designated addresses from February 15th, 2024, to February 18th, 2024.
Express Delivery (High Priority)
- Domestic: Acceptance of parcels will end on February 5th, 2024, and delivery will be completed by February 7th, 2024.
- Interprovincial (Province-to-Province): Acceptance of parcels will end on February 4th, 2024.
- District and Commune: Acceptance of parcels will end on February 2nd, 2024.
- Island District: Acceptance of parcels will end on January 31st, 2024.
- Nationwide: Customers can collect their parcels at Viettel Post branches before February 15th, 2024. Alternatively, parcels can be delivered to their designated addresses from February 15th, 2024, to February 18th, 2024.
Economy Delivery
- Domestic: Acceptance of parcels will end on February 4th, 2024, and delivery will be completed by February 7th, 2024.
- Interprovincial (Province-to-Province): Acceptance of parcels will end on February 3rd, 2024.
- District and Commune: Acceptance of parcels will end on February 2nd, 2024.
- Island District: Acceptance of parcels will end on January 29th, 2024.
- Nationwide: Customers can collect their parcels at Viettel Post branches before February 15th, 2024. Alternatively, parcels can be delivered to their designated addresses from February 15th, 2024, to February 18th, 2024.
During the period from February 2nd, 2024, to February 14th, 2024, Viettel Post will not accept special shipments, including perishable food items such as flowers, fruits, plants, and live animals (except for refrigerated goods as per regulations). Additionally, Viettel Post will not accept food items with a shelf life of less than 7 days or goods with a length exceeding 1.5 meters or a total weight exceeding 150 kg (e.g., motorcycles, farming machinery).
